1. Overview At The CleverStock, we aim to provide reliable and efficient shipping and delivery services to our customers. Below are the key points of our shipping and delivery policy.

2. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In case of a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes The CleverStock is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages The CleverStock is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Missing or Lost Packages If you suspect that your package is missing or lost, please contact us at support@thecleverstock.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Ensure all shipping information is correct when placing your order. The CleverStock is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
