Refunds and Returns Policy for The CleverStock

1. Overview At The CleverStock, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for returning products and receiving refunds.
2. Returns
Eligibility for Returns

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@thecleverstock.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Refund Eligibility
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs.
Processing Time

4. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@thecleverstock.com and follow the return process outlined above.

6. Sale Items Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
