Member's Mark™ Donut Shop Coffee is smooth, flavorful and well-balanced. Designed to fit into Keurig 2.0® and single-serve machines, these coffee pods contain 100% Arabica coffee beans, which are grown at a higher altitude and matured for longer to impart a better taste and aroma. Member's Mark™ Donut Shop Coffee has flavor notes of caramel and browned sugar, and pairs beautifully with milk, cream, cinnamon, cocoa, and sweeteners. These coffee pods are Fair Trade Certified and support the livelihoods of the farmers who grow the beans.
This blend uses two types of coffee: naturally processed and washed process. The washed process gives the blend a crisp, clean cup and purity of flavor. The natural process gives the cup a sweet, syrupy complexity. This coffee is roasted to a medium roast level to accentuate the caramelization and sugar browning of the blend, while also illuminating the intrinsic palate profile of the coffee.
Sourcing Story
Member's Mark coffee comes from a range of cooperatives in Colombia. This coffee is purchased directly from a co-op of farmers and growers, CoopeTarrazú, which helps them put food on their table, support their families, and invest in their communities. Each purchase aids in the development of family farmers, ensuring their growth and progress for generations to come. Additionally, CoopeTarrazú uses their premium to invest in benefits for their farmer members. One project is repurposing coffee waste into fertilizer, which is available free of charge to the members.

Get Creative with Coffee Grounds
Hey, did you know that our Member’s Mark Fair Trade Certified™ coffee grounds have some cool practical uses even after you've brewed your coffee? Check this out—here are three awesome ways to give those used coffee grounds a second life:
- Neutralize odors: Coffee contains nitrogen, which is great at eliminating odors. Just leave an open container of used grounds around to get rid of any unpleasant smells. You can also make a little sachet to hang around your place or toss in your car. Just make sure those grounds are completely dried out to avoid any mold issues. Oh, and here's a neat trick: after handling strong-smelling foods like garlic or onions, rub some used coffee grounds on your hands to get rid of the lingering scent.
- Make an exfoliant: Grab those coffee grounds and mix them up with some gritty sugar and your favorite oil. Give your damp skin a good scrub with the mix, and then rinse it off. Your skin will thank you!
- Scrub hard-to-clean surfaces: Sprinkle those grounds onto stuff like pots, pans, gardening tools or even your grill grates. The gritty texture works wonders in tackling grease, stubborn stains and stuck-on food.
Notes: Used coffee grounds contain moisture after brewing so be sure to refrigerate, freeze or dry them out to prevent mold.
